When a job(movie, commercial, print ad) is being cast, each agency gets a certain number of audition time slots to fill. Exclusive talent comes first, single agent talent is right up there, and multi listed are last to be looked at for a call, unless it is an open call. For open calls, agencies can send as many people as they have that have the right look. Open calls are open to people without agents as well.
