| What if I have to cancel my appointment? |
It happens and we understand.
If you give us 24 hours notice, it is not a problem.
If you don't, we have to pay an assistant for being here
and we have to be here even if you are not...
IT COSTS US MONEY.
We are not happy and we will not give you another
appointment. If you have been sent to us from an
agent, we will call them and that is not good.
On the rare occasion that it is a tragedy and completely
unavoidable, you must call us ASAP (begging forgiveness doesn't hurt)
and we will rebook you. |
